After an extensive AUD100 million redevelopment, Daydream Island has reopened as a 4.5 star resort in March 2019, taking bookings for business events now.
The new Daydream Island Resort offers 277 rooms and suites, new indoor and outdoor event spaces, three dedicated conference rooms, three restaurants, five bars and a new pool featuring views across The Whitsundays.
Ideal for groups, Daydream Island Resort can arrange activities that allow guests to explore and enjoy the surrounding Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. Sailing trips to Whitehaven Beach, scenic helicopter flights, guided snorkelling and kayak tours and reef fishing charters can all be arranged.
The Resort also offers exclusive use for between 200–300 guests.
