Ovolo’s on-site restaurant Alibi taps into the plant-based food experiences trend. Chef, restaurateur and global pioneer of plant-based cuisine Matthew Kenney has designed the restaurant menu to showcase refined and surprising vegan dining. Signature cocktails and Australian wines also feature and complement the food.
Hot tip: There are only plant-based dining options available, and for a real Alibi experience the chef suggests keeping to the menu. However, for private events when the whole restaurant is booked, Chef can create a bespoke menu for guests.
