Day 1 - Adelaide
The first stop is at Adelaide's National Wine Centre of Australia, a newly created architectural masterpiece. Built to look like a giant wine barrel, here you will visit the interactive exhibition showcasing Australia's wine industry with opportunities to test, taste and make your very own wine.
Then it's time to mingle with locals at the Adelaide Central Markets. Opened in 1870, this is reputed to be the largest fresh produce market in the Southern Hemisphere. Tonight, you will be the personal guest of one of the 10 hottest chef's in the world, as you dine in the kitchen of his Grange Restaurant at Hilton Adelaide.

Day 2 - Kangaroo Island
Today you are bound for an Australian paradise - Kangaroo Island. Wind your way down the south coast through rolling hills, vineyards and pristine white sandy beaches with sparkling blue waters.
You will walk with a guide, just metres from the local seal colony basking in the sun on quiet beaches, koalas munching on gum trees right beside the road, echidnas wandering in search of insects and kangaroos, goannas, wallabies, penguins and birds at just about every turn.
Visit huge weather sculpted granite boulders at Remarkable Rocks and roll down the snowy white sand dunes of Little Sahara. You may also choose to stretch out in your own secret spot along the Island's 480 kilometres of coastline following a local lunch featuring whiting (local fish), marron (freshwater crayfish) and honey ice-cream. Retire to your very own lighthouse keeper's cottage for the night.

Day 3 - McLaren Vale
Arrive at Chapel Hill Winery Gourmet Retreat in McLaren Vale. The luxurious retreat offers a unique, interactive food and wine experience. You will play-off against each other during the hands on Cooking School as you compete to prepare the best course of the day. Overnight is spent at the magnificent McCracken Country Club which is set on the McCracken golf course. This lavish property enjoys panoramic views of Victor Harbour - a sheltered bay with clear blue waters and white sandy swimming beaches.

Day 4 - Barossa Valley
Today, to complete your truly unique South Australian experience, you will visit Australia's most famous wine region – the Barossa Valley. Enjoy a lunch cooked right before your very eyes featuring local produce from the region on the picturesque grounds of 150-year-old Yalumba Wine Company. A highlight for the day will be visiting local winery Wolf Blass. Here you will be introduced to the work of one of Australia's most heralded and beloved winemakers.
Grant Burge is a fifth generation winemaker who strongly believes that fine wines are born in the vineyard and that vineyards are the cradle of wine quality. A final tasting at Grant Burge completes a truly unique South Australian experience.
