Day 1 - Whitsundays

The balmy tropical breeze has you relaxing the moment you step from your aircraft at one of the two airports in the Whitsundays.  For those arriving on Hamilton Island, your adventure begins right away with a golf buggy rally finishing with cocktails at a spectacular lookout.  If you are staying on one of the five other island resorts or two mainland resorts, a cruise on the sparkling waters of the Whitsundays will help set the scene.

The afternoon is free to experience the resort facilities and activities.  This is your opportunity to choose to relax by one of the pools or with a session at the spa, or have an active afternoon of bushwalking, snorkeling, water activities, tennis, trapeze school, or beach volleyball. A sunset cocktail cruise brings you to your private island for a beach party complete with rock & roll band.

Day 2 - Great Barrier Reef

After a poolside breakfast, it's time to board your luxury catamaran for the transfer to Knuckle Reef Lagoon on the Great Barrier Reef. A marine biologist is on hand to answer all your questions about this natural wonder of the world. You’ll have a full day to snorkel, take the glass bottom boat tour and enjoy a gourmet buffet lunch.

If you have a smaller group, a scenic helicopter or seaplane transfer to or from the Reef would add much to the experience. In the evening you are free to compare photographs and dine at leisure in one of the resort restaurants or perhaps in the privacy of your balcony.

Day 3 - The Mainland
Travel to the mainland for a golf competition on a first-class championship course. Then, join the chefs in the kitchens at an exclusive five star island resort for a lesson in gourmet cooking. In the evening, gather your team for a banquet on the beach, while you sip champagne under the stars.

Day 4 - Whitehaven Beach

Visit the incomparable Whitehaven Beach, with its sparkling white fine sand. Spend some time swimming and playing team building sports with your colleagues, before enjoying a gourmet barbecue "Aussie style" on the beach.

The Farewell Dinner is a 'black tie and bare feet' themed silver service seafood banquet, prepared and served on the beach. A spectacular fireworks display and a live band kicking on well into the night are just some of the elements from which memories of a lifetime are fashioned.
