Day 1 - Perth City
A warm Western Australian welcome at the Perth International Airport is followed by a brief city highlights tour before arriving at your hotel with its sweeping views of the Swan River and city skyline. Your luggage has checked in ahead of you and is already in your room, along with a welcome bottle of Australian sparkling wine on ice.
After a casual poolside lunch, any travel fatigue is banished in an afternoon of soft adventure. Imagine yourself tandem sky jumping out of a light plane, feeding off the first adrenalin burst and then clutching on to breathtaking moments as you float high over country Western Australia. Dinner takes the form of an Aussie barbecue in Kings Park, overlooking the city skyline. Tuck into West Australian beef, fresh prawns, scallops and crayfish prepared in a contemporary style by a celebrity chef.

Day 2 - Fremantle
Western Australia is a natural wonder so what better way to enjoy it than swimming or paddling on marine parade, the water wonderland around the rocky outcrops of Penguin and Seal Island. At Rockingham, you will swim with the dolphins, surely one of life’s most special experiences. Or you can kayak and paddle among seals, sea lions and penguins.
Then it's time to put on your prisoner uniform and head off to historic Fremantle Prison to explore the underground tunnels by boat. Only tourists go through the prison gates these days but the nightly after dark tour still gets the heart beating. A lavish buffet and one of Perth top bands gets the 'Jailhouse Rock Party' swinging into the night.

Day 3 - Lancelin
North of Perth a magical area of reef and rock draws globetrotting wind and sand surfers to spectacular waters and jaw dropping dunes. You will blast through the beach in a four-wheel drive, try your skills at sand boarding or ride the waves on a windsurfer. Between the thrills, you’ll enjoy a seafood lunch, with rock lobster fresh off the boats moored at Lancelin.
And if that's not enough excitement and exhilaration for one day, you will skim back to Perth with a helicopter ride along the coast. And if you’ve spent the day like James Bond, why not dine like him at a 'Die Another Day' theme dinner?

Day 4 - Perth
Experience the rush that a Formula One driver feels with a few circuits of Perth's top rated speedway. There's also the opportunity to go white water rafting down the Avon river.
If you have no desire to raise your heart rate, how about a round of golf on a championship course or an afternoon of relaxation and wellbeing in one of Perth's top day spas?

Day 5 - McLaren Vale
Arrive at Chapel Hill Winery Gourmet Retreat in McLaren Vale. The luxurious retreat offers a unique, interactive food and wine experience. You will play-off against each other during the hands on Cooking School as you compete to prepare the best course of the day. Overnight is spent at the magnificent McCracken Country Club which is set on the McCracken golf course. This lavish property enjoys panoramic views of Victor Harbour - a sheltered bay with clear blue waters and white sandy swimming beaches.

Day 6 - Kangaroo Island
Today you are bound for an Australian paradise - Kangaroo Island. Wind your way down the south coast through rolling hills, vineyards and pristine white sandy beaches with sparkling blue waters.
You will walk with a guide, just metres from the local seal colony basking in the sun on quiet beaches, koalas munching on gum trees right beside the road, echidnas wandering in search of insects and kangaroos, goannas, wallabies, penguins and birds at just about every turn.
Visit huge weather sculpted granite boulders at Remarkable Rocks and roll down the snowy white sand dunes of Little Sahara. You may also choose to stretch out in your own secret spot along the Island's 480 kilometres of coastline following a local lunch featuring whiting (local fish), marron (freshwater crayfish) and honey ice-cream. Retire to your very own lighthouse keeper's cottage for the night.

Day 7 - Adelaide
The first stop is at Adelaide's National Wine Centre of Australia, a newly created architectural masterpiece. Built to look like a giant wine barrel, here you will visit the interactive exhibition showcasing Australia's wine industry with opportunities to test, taste and make your very own wine.
Then it's time to mingle with locals at the Adelaide Central Markets. Opened in 1870, this is reputed to be the largest fresh produce market in the Southern Hemisphere. Tonight, you will be the personal guest of one of the 10 hottest chef's in the world, as you dine in the kitchen of his Grange Restaurant at Hilton Adelaide.
