By keeping it fresh and local, groups will be using ingredients sourced from Mornington’s best farmers, dairies, orchards and wineries to create everything from canapés and mains to decadent desserts and sweets. When rest and relaxation is needed, a day spent wallowing in Peninsula Hot Springs’ soothing geothermal waters is sure to hit the spot. Since the underground springs were first accessed 15 years ago, the luxury wellness centre has been attracting groups from far and wide with its vast thermal mineral pools and its complement of treatments. Four different types of saunas, hydrojet pools, and a reflexology walk are just a few of the ways delegates can unwind while engulfed in the nature surrounding them.
For an extra splash of luxury, groups can choose to unwind in privacy inside Peninsula Hot Springs’ Royal Moroccan Tent. Secluded from the rest of the venue, the space is a comfortable hideout for groups of up to 30 people, with indulgent breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea platters provided.

Mornington Peninsula has become one of Australia’s premier golf regions, with nine of the country’s top 80 courses - including three in the top ten - in the area.
