Perth Program Pitch
It might be one of the world’s most remote capital cities, but Perth sure can pack a lot into an incentive program. This vibrant metropolis has emerged as a growing business events destination, following a A$10 billion investment in infrastructure, hotels and venue spaces. Brimming with cultural and gourmet attractions and bordered by beach, river and prolific wine country, Perth really is the ultimate destination.
Day 1
Kickstart your stay with Perth’s newest adventure activity, the Matagarup Zip+Climb. Climb the 314 steps to the peak of Matagarup Bridge across the Swan River, which connects the city to the Burswood Peninsula and celebrate with a glass of bubbles at the top as you enjoy the view. For lunch, it’s a cooking class with a twist. Salt & Company Cooking School have gone beyond wine pairings to offer a beginner’s guide to pairing food and beer. The Beer x Food Masterclass will see your group cook a cracking feast before resident beer guru Andrew D’Castro guides you through a hoppy masterclass.
Next, dive into some nautical history at the WA Maritime Museum in Fremantle with a behind-the-scenes tour from a museum expert. Your group will explore the HMAS Ovens Oberon class submarine, see the winning America’s Cup yacht Australia II and Jon Sanders’ Parry Endeavour, plus you’ll handle objects from the museum’s collection with the “white glove” experience. Enjoy drinks on the private balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean before rounding the day out with a private dinner at stellar 42-seat Fremantle restaurant Manuka Woodfire Kitchen. Here chef and owner Kenny McHardy will walk you through his toothsome tasting menu cooked over the open fire. Return to Perth to rest your head in the timeless luxury of The Ritz-Carlton, Perth in Elizabeth Quay.
Day 2
It's an early morning start aboard a luxury vessel with Elite Charters. While enjoying a light breakfast onboard, you’ll charter across to Rottnest Island. Here you’ll get to say “G’day” to the adorable native quokkas on the protected nature reserve, then it’s down to spot seabirds and sea lions on Carnac Island.
Back in the city, it’s across to waterside restaurant The Shorehouse. With a deck overlooking Swanbourne Beach, this critically acclaimed venue is a mecca for seafood. Sit back and soak in the Indian Ocean views as head chef Oliver Gould dishes up a five-course feast with highlights such as Shark Bay whiting and Fremantle octopus. In the afternoon, head out on a walking tour through Perth’s city centre with Nyungar guide Walter McGuire of Go Cultural Aboriginal Tours and Experiences. Walter will peel back the urban layers to talk you through the stories and traditions of Whadjuk lands. He’ll point out the edible herbs and fruits growing throughout the city and will sing traditional songs.
Dinner tonight is on the rooftop of COMO, The Treasury at fine dining restaurant Wildflower, which can be hired exclusively for up to 120 guests. Soak up the sweeping views of Perth as you sink your teeth into dishes flavoured by native Australian ingredients. Following dinner, enjoy a nightcap on the Wildflower Terrace.

Here your group will split between a helicopter tour of the estate and the surrounding vineyards and a visit to onsite contemporary gallery Linton & Kay. Then it’s back to the city for an after-hours private viewing of the Origins and Changes exhibition in the newly renovated WA Museum Boola Bardip.
