From historical landmarks to global luxury hotel brands
Widely regarded as one of the world’s leading galleries, the Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA) celebrates the contemporary art of Australia, Asia and the Pacific. This premium venue has hosted significant international events such as the 2014 G20 Leaders’ Summit reception. Up to 1,500 guests can walk through the Long Gallery and River Room during a cocktail event, interacting with the surrounding artworks. The River Room’s floor-to-ceiling windows offer striking views of the city and Brisbane River.
Alternatively, Brisbane Powerhouse is a historical industrial building on the Brisbane River with a contemporary creative heart. Here, you will find 12 indoor and outdoor spaces with capacity for up to 320 guests seated.
Located in the city centre, W Brisbane features a signature WET Deck with views overlooking the Brisbane River. Larger groups can be catered for in the hotel’s pillarless ballroom, with capacity for up to 470 people for seated dinners, while the Studio, with its river-facing terrace, can host cocktail functions for up to 55 guests.

Host a world class conference in Brisbane’s largest event space
Located a short walk from the city centre, the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre (BCEC) is a premier venue to host conferences and large scale events.
With a total capacity of 8,000 delegates, the BCEC is the city’s largest conference and events space and is capable of hosting up to 4,000 guests for a cocktail function in its Great Hall. The space also offers 44 meeting rooms and a large tiered theatre with capacity of up to 3,500 delegates.
