IBTM World - the live show will take place from 17 to 19 November 2026 and will incorporate one-to-one meetings between exhibitors and buyers, as well as a knowledge program, with a range of targeted education sessions.

Timing: 1 to 3 March 2027

The Business Events Australia India Roadshow will take place from 1 to 3 March 2027 and will visit New Delhi and Mumbai to promote Australia’s offering to the corporate/incentive sector planners in each destination. 

The event is for Australian Convention Bureaux (CVB) representatives only.

Where: Frankfurt, Germany
Timing: 11 to 13 May 2027

IMEX Frankfurt is a key business events exhibition where international planners from the conference, convention and corporate events industries gather to do business. IMEX gives the Australian business events industry the opportunity to meet influential international buyers responsible for organising corporate meetings, incentive travel programs and association events.

Registrations for Australian stand partners will open in late 2026.

Business Events Australia is not exhibiting in 2027.

Tourism Australia’s signature incentive showcase, Australia Next, is designed to increase awareness of Australia as an outstanding incentive destination. The event provides the Australian business events industry the opportunity to connect with qualified incentive buyers from around the world, while showcasing Australia’s best incentive experiences and products.

Australia Next 2027 will be held in Sydney / Warrane, New South Wales, in partnership with BESydney.

The Business Events Australia North America Roadshow took place from 12 - 19 March 2026 and visited Salt Lake City, San Francisco, USA and Toronto, Canada to promote Australia’s offering to the corporate/incentive and association sector planners in each destination. The roadshow is a bi-annual event and will next be held in 2028.

The Business Events Australia South East Asia Roadshow took place from 21 - 23 April 2026 and visited Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur to promote Australia’s offering to the corporate/incentive sector planners in each destination. 

In Jakarta, a Business Events Australia seminar was held on Tuesday, 21 April and in Kuala Lumpur, a Business Events Australia seminar was held on Thursday, 23 April.

The roadshow is a bi-annual event and will next be held in 2028.
