Managed by Tourism Australia’s business events unit, Business Events Australia, the Business Events Bid Fund Program (BFP) is designed to increase the conversion of new international business events for Australia through the offer of financial support at the critical bidding stage. The BFP is designed to deliver conversion of new business in situations where Australia is in consideration against international competitors for the right to host the business event.
The BFP supports expenditure on goods and services within Australia for the purposes of delivering confirmed, qualified business events.

The Advance Program offers the opportunity to leverage Tourism Australia's international marketing and distribution expertise to increase the number and value of business events for Australia, and to deliver best-practice marketing to grow international delegate attendance at confirmed international business events taking place in Australia.
The Business Events Boost Program aims to stimulate desire for events domestically to aid the recovery of Australia’s business events industry following the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. The Program offers funding support for industry-led marketing and/or distribution activity that has the potential to influence decision makers to hold domestic business events and/or convert new domestic business events.
