IMEX America is the USA’s largest meetings industry trade show. It is a global exhibition event for incentive travel, meetings and events that attracts thousands of professionals from the USA and internationally. With more than 3,000 hosted buyers attending, IMEX America provides opportunities for business, networking and education.

2025 dates are 6-9 October 2025.

Timing: 19-21 November 2024

IBTM World - the live show will take place from 19 to 21 November 2024 and will incorporate one-to-one meetings between exhibitors and buyers, as well as a knowledge program, with a range of targeted education sessions.

The Business Events Australia Greater China Showcase will be held in China in the first quarter of 2025 with Chinese buyers meeting face to face and engaging with Australian sellers via one-on-one appointments.

Dreamtime is Tourism Australia’s signature biennial incentive showcase, designed to increase awareness of Australia as an outstanding incentive destination. The event provides the Australian business events industry the opportunity to connect with qualified incentive buyers from around the world, while showcasing Australia’s best incentive experiences and products.

Dreamtime 2023 was held in Adelaide/Tarntanya, South Australia, in partnership with Business Events Adelaide.

Where: Salt Lake City, Minneapolis and Chicago
Timing: 4-10 March 2024

The Business Events Australia USA roadshow covered three cities to promote Australia’s offering to the corporate/incentive and association business planners community in each destination. 

After the roadshow, industry travelled to New York to participate at the Successful Meetings University International (SMU) 2024.
