IMEX America is the USA’s largest meetings industry trade show. It is a global exhibition event for incentive travel, meetings and events that attracts thousands of professionals from the USA and internationally. With more than 3,000 hosted buyers attending, IMEX America provides opportunities for business, networking and education.

Timing: 17 to 19 November 2026

IBTM World - the live show will take place from 17 to 19 November 2026 and will incorporate one-to-one meetings between exhibitors and buyers, as well as a knowledge program, with a range of targeted education sessions.

Tourism Australia’s signature incentive showcase, Australia Next, is designed to increase awareness of Australia as an outstanding incentive destination. The event provides the Australian business events industry the opportunity to connect with qualified incentive buyers from around the world, while showcasing Australia’s best incentive experiences and products.

Australia Next 2027 will be held in Sydney / Warrane, New South Wales, in partnership with BESydney.

Where: Salt Lake City, San Francisco, USA and Toronto, Canada
Timing: 12 to 19 March 2026

The Business Events Australia North America Roadshow will visit three cities in North America to promote Australia’s offering to the corporate/incentive and association sector planners in each destination. The roadshow will be held in 2026, and ongoing as a bi-annual event.

The Roadshow will align with the Successful Meetings University (SMU) International trade event in New York, which runs from 9-11 March 2026.

Australian industry seller registration is open.

To note: space is limited and the event is designed for industry partners who drive bidding for Australia and are experienced in the North America market.

The Business Events Australia South East Asia Roadshow will visit two cities in South East Asia to promote Australia’s offering to the corporate/incentive sector planners in each destination. 

In Jakarta, a Business Events Australia seminar will be held on Tuesday, 21 April and in Kuala Lumpur, a Business Events Australia seminar will be held on Thursday, 23 April.
