Day 1

Start your experience in Australia’s capital at Parliament House with a Welcome to Country on the lawn before an exclusive behind the scenes tour, including a soufflé-making demonstration by the very chef who cooks for the nation’s leaders. Take a short drive to Kingston Foreshore on Lake Burley Griffin and climb aboard a fleet of Go Boats for a self- drive exploration of this expansive man-made lake, while enjoying a relaxed picnic lunch onboard. Once docked, take the 15-minute drive to the National Arboretum for a guided walk through the native forests. Check-in to your luxe accommodation at Ovolo Nishi to refresh for the evening before you discover wildlife on a bespoke twilight tour at Wildbark, a 20-minute drive from the city centre. On a guided tour, witness native wildlife, including kangaroos and wallabies feeding in their natural environment. Enjoy cocktails in the onsite function centre before you head back to the city to dine on modern Australian cuisine at The Boat House.
Day 2

Rise early to glide over the city in a hot air balloon and land in the grounds of the Old Parliament House where you can enjoy a picnic breakfast. From here, take a private tour of Canberra’s cool climate wine region, home to over 140 wineries, just a 35-minute drive from the city centre. At Beltana Farm, savour a farm to table dining paired with an all-Australian wine list. Set on a truffle farm, in winter you can also join the excitement of a guided truffle hunt. Return to your accommodation to refresh for the evening, starting with a private behind the scenes and stargazing tour at the Mt Stromlo Observatory. Return to the city to dine on a delectable Asian-inspired menu cooked with flair and fire at Wilma.
Day 3

Enjoy breakfast at Cafe Sosta overlooking peaceful lake views from its location on Black Mountain Peninsula. Take a 20-minute drive to Majura Pines for a fun team building activity at Treetops Adventure where there 90 aerial obstacles and 16 ziplines suspended between 1-15 metres (3-49 feet) above the ground cater for beginners and the adventurers in your group. Return to the city to a delectable ‘small plate’ lunch at Onziema where an ethos of sustainably-focussed cuisine is cooked over fire and enjoyed with a glass of low intervention wine. Then, take a guided tour of the National Portrait Gallery where guests will learn about the remarkable (and notorious) characters who have shaped Australia. Refresh in the afternoon before a 10-minute drive to The Marion - named after the woman behind the man who designed Canberra city. Celebrate your Canberra program with cocktails overlooking Lake Burley Griffin before dining on a menu curated from seasonal produce.
