First impressions
The 28-storey voco Gosford is the first new-build hotel for 15-years in the Central Coast town of Gosford. Located in a new lifestyle precinct overlooking the expansive Brisbane River estuary, enter via the impressive hotel concourse to the reception area. The hotel's furnishings and decor are inspired by a coastal palette reflecting the region.
Location
In the Central Coast town of Gosford, located between Sydney and Newcastle. Connected by the main highway, the hotel is a scenic 90-minute drive from Sydney.
Number of rooms
130 rooms offer either water or mountain views, most with private balconies. Appointed with soft tones, the rooms are adorned with local art and bespoke furnishings.
Event spaces and capacity
The hotel features 700 sqm (7,535 sq.ft) of versatile event space across two levels. On the top floor, the Altitude Grand Ballroom offers stunning views and accommodates up to 270 guests seated for dinner or 340 for cocktail events. It can also be divided into three rooms, each seating 60 guests. Located on the sixth floor, The Aviary offers space for up to 330 guests and can be reconfigured into smaller spaces. It also includes an outdoor pre-function area overlooking the podium pool deck. Additional event options include a rooftop bar on the 28th floor and The Modern Australian Pub.

An ideal regional location for exploring nearby national parks, Indigenous culture and oyster farms on the waterways en route to the Hunter Valley wine region.

First impressions
The 11-storey hotel is positioned within The Waterfront Precinct, a new development overlooking the Shellharbour Marina with coastal and mountain views. The façade of this modern building showcases floor to ceiling windows and balconies across each level. Inside, guests are greeted with muted coastal hues that evoke a relaxed ambience. The Crowne Plaza Shell Cove Marina offers direct waterfront access.
Location
A 90-minute drive from Sydney International airport or 27-minutes south of Wollongong. En route to South Coast towns, sheltered harbours, coastal beaches and the picturesque Southern Highlands.
Number of rooms
179 spacious rooms and one and two bedroom suites each with a private balcony and ensuite and designed with a coastal sophistication.
Event spaces and capacity
The hotel offers a versatile collection of event spaces on the ground floor, including the grand Marina ballroom with capacity for 230 guests seated for dinner or 600 guests standing for cocktails. The Anchorage room has capacity for 155 guests, while The Jetty and Tasman rooms each offer capacity for 200. For smaller groups the Harbour room has capacity for 70 guests. The Anchorage, Jetty and Tasman rooms can be combined for larger events to host up to 400 guests. There is also a waterfront restaurant and fourth floor pool deck and bar.

Located south of Sydney, Crowne Plaza Shell Cove Marina is an ideal location from which to explore the New South Wales south coast and Southern Highlands.
