The vibrant Wunderlich Lane precinct has welcomed Saltbox, a new event venue offering three modern, versatile events spaces for a range of occasions. Enter the ground floor reception to welcoming burnished tones, a soft palette, and copper ceiling pendants guiding guests up the curved stairway. Upstairs “The Box” is the large, pillarless space with capacity for 240 guests seated and 400 guests standing. Topped with an impressive, sculpted timber ceiling, wall to ceiling windows offer natural light and access to the all-weather outside terrace. Also opening onto the terrace, Suites One and Two offer more intimate spaces that can be combined for 120 guests standing for pre-event cocktails. Saltbox is located just metres from The EVE Hotel in inner city Surry Hills, a short distance from the city centre.

For guests visiting the Hunter Valley, a two-hour drive from Sydney, Mount View Estate has opened a new venue offering multiple event spaces with picturesque vineyard and mountain views. The largest indoor space, Barrel Hall is 420sqm (4,520 sq. ft) with capacity for up to 200 guests seated or 250 people standing. Panorama Hall can accommodate 140 guests seated and 200 standing and is connected to a scenic deck overlooking the vineyard. The Vista Terrace sets the scene for outdoor events for up to 500 seated or 1,000 guests standing, while the Cellar Door offers intimate tastings. The restaurant is also available for private dining for 60 guests seated or 100 guests standing. Nestled in the foothills of the scenic Mount View Range, Mount View Estate Winery was established in 1971 by Dr Harry Tulloch and has produced award winning wines for the last 45 years.

In Flinders Lane, Blackbird Bar, Dining and Events brings together three distinct levels for your next Melbourne event. The distinguished entrance opens to a cocktail bar and lounge, including The Sunken Lounge and a dramatic backlit Patagonia Quartzite bar with capacity across the whole floor for 80 guests standing. Above is an opulent split-level restaurant where up to 120 guests can savour a modern Australian menu including dry-aged beef, seafood and a celebration of native ingredients. The top floor is dedicated to flexible private dining spaces complete with floor to ceiling windows for up to 32 guests and a private bar and cocktail lounge area can host up to 60 guests standing. Rich dark tones and textured finishes are punctuated with colourful artwork and murals across the venue. Each section of the venue can be booked for private events or book exclusive use for up to 500 people.
