The waterside setting is punctuated with a backdrop of palms fanned by balmy breezes, evocative of summer long lunches or celebratory dinners.

On the menu, Chef Aaron Teece (formerly of EST., Felix, Manly Pavilion, and Studio Neon) has created a menu inspired by the sea - with a focus on east coast seafood, premium paddock-sourced meats licked by the kitchen’s woodfired grill and served with seasonal produce from the Gold Coast Hinterland. Drinks are served throughout the venue showcasing an extensive list of champagne, coastal inspired cocktails and Australian wines.
