The Australian Government has announced the return of quarantine free travel for fully vaccinated visitors from New Zealand. Vaccinated travellers returning to Australia may only enter and travel between New South Wales, Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory without quarantining and will be required to present a negative PCR test within 72 hours of departure. People wishing to travel onwards to another state or territory may be subject to a quarantine period, or may not be allowed to enter.
From 21 November 2021, fully vaccinated Singaporean citizens will be able to travel to Australia without quarantining and will be required to present a negative PCR test within 72 hours of departure. Travellers will have access to quarantine-free travel in Australian states and territories that are ready, including New South Wales, Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory.
