More than a restaurant, The Belongil brings together four concept venues, creating a new vision for aspirational coastal dining from renowned Australian chef, Shannon Bennett  (Vue du monde). For groups visiting Byron Bay, The Bilongil offers a venue to create special experiences from a long relaxed lunch or fine dining dinner to a full venue take over for 140 seated or 170 guests standing. Ethically sourced livestock, local seafood from hand-picked suppliers and evolving seasonal ingredients are curated to offer a world class dining experience where flame creates flavour and art. The Bistro, with capacity for 90 seated or 120 guests standing, is created for long, relaxed lunches or dinners, while the 50-seat FEU is focused on the theatre of fine dining where the venue's artistic design blends with artistry on the plate.

Combining Japanese tradition with Korean and French influences, Yakisan is a fire-fuelled rooftop restaurant located in North Adelaide with both indoor and outdoor dining for 180 guests seated for dinner. Guests will enjoy the drama of three open kitchens that include a raw and sushi bar, wood-fired grill, and wok kitchen encased by a curved green marble counter. The expansive rooftop offers a mix of undercover and outdoor dining amongst raised garden beds and expansive city views. The refined menu balances tradition and bold flavours defined by seasonality. Menu highlights include devilled ramen eggs with miso cream, fried leek and kizami nori; a Zinger-style prawn sando with Japanese tartare between Hokkaido milk bread; and Sir Harry 9+ wagyu rib-eye with house mustard, pickled onions and umami cream. The restaurant, combined with their adjacent business SANI is also ideal for cocktail events with capacity for up to 700 guests standing.

Tigerfish has opened at The Cottesloe Beach Hotel, bringing Southeast Asian-inspired dining to Perth’s iconic beachfront, a short drive from the city centre. Tigerfish offers modern Australian dining flavoured with a bold Southeast Asian lens, where local ingredients like West Coast snow crab and Geraldton Goldband snapper sit effortlessly beside locally grown betel leaves and Thai or Vietnamese produce. The venue is split into two distinct areas: the plush cocktail bar with its Indian Ocean views, has an impressive sake selection and a bespoke cocktail menu curated with the menu in mind, while the restaurant offers an elevated coastal dining experience with shared plates, signature dishes of local fish, wagyu and duck or menus to feast on. Tigerfish also caters to private dining and events.
