Nestled in the picturesque Clare Valley, 90 minutes from Adelaide, is the internationally celebrated, family-owned Taylors Wines - one of the Ultimate Winery Experiences of Australia. A Trail of Taste and Time offers guests a behind-the-scenes winery tour that starts with a hosted cheese and wine pairing at St Andrews winery that introduces a taste of the flavours of the estate, while your host explains the biosecurity and sustainability techniques that ensure the estate’s longevity. Then, on a 90-minute scenic guided walk alongside the Wakefield River, witness the vines and explore the connection between place and wine through stories of the generations of winemakers. Return to the award-winning cellar door where the experience culminates with a seasonal lunch paired with a tasting of premium wines. This experience is available for up to 100 guests, rotating in groups through the experiences while enjoying lunch in two sittings.

Take a behind the scenes look at their working winery, uncovering the techniques used to produce award-winning pinot noir, followed by a guided tasting in the Cellar Door.
