First impressions

Set on Darwin’s waterfront fringe in the city centre, voco Darwin Suites debuts the brand’s premium apartment-style accommodation in Australia with easy access to the city’s many attractions. The new-build hotel presents a striking, contemporary glass and steel exterior that reflects the vibe of its location. Entering the hotel, the foyer blends the brand's distinct charm with local tones for which the brand is known.

Location

Located at 87 Mitchell Street in the heart of tropical Darwin’s dining and entertainment precinct, about 15-minutes drive from Darwin International Airport.

Number of rooms

The 88-room hotel offers one- and two-bedroom suites, each with a kitchen or kitchenette, a dedicated work area and space to relax. Many have private balconies while all suites enjoy views across the ocean or city skyline.

Event spaces and capacity

On the ground floor, The Nest offers an adaptable light-filled meeting, event or private dining room for up to 60 guests. The Aviary Bar & Brasserie serves modern Australian and regional cuisine. Event information is available on request.

First impressions

The striking re-imagined 1960s 10-storey building with its pink neon sign is home to Hyde’s first purpose built hotel. Inside, the spacious reception welcomes guests with banquette seating, a warm palette of sunset and terracotta hues, natural textures and bespoke Australian art. The social, open-plan design flows to the restaurant and pool area while local botanicals create a signature scent.

Location

Just a 17-minute drive from the airport, Hyde Perth is located at 37 Pier Street in the city centre, close to cultural attractions and shopping, and a short distance to Elizabeth Quay. It's a short drive to Perth’s renowned Cottesloe Beach.

Number of rooms

The hotel offers 121 rooms, including 18 suites. Guests are welcomed with rich earthy tones that balance contemporary polish with a touch of bohemian chic and retro charm. Special touches include handcrafted rugs and custom furnishings.

Events spaces and capacity

The entire events and entertainment area is available for exclusive use for events. It includes The Green Room, with capacity for up to 80 guests while overlooking the pool, and Stage Door can host up to 40. The Greek-style restaurant FARRA seats up to 60 guests and can add another 60 guests on the Terrace and pool area.
